OUR STORY
Hudson has been welcoming guests for over 20 years. In that time we have seen children grow up and bring families of their own, too many weddings to count, and hosted thousands of travelers looking to experience our area. We were founded to welcome a new generation of urban explorers to the beautiful year-round destination of the Catskills.
With thoughtful design, friendly service, and delicious food and drinks, the lodge is the perfect basecamp for your escape to the outdoors. In addition to our 6 guest rooms and suites, we offer a locally-inspired restaurant, multiple indoor and outdoor event spaces, and over 20 acres of mountainside to explore.
THE GROUNDS
Our property spans 20 acres including an apple orchard, farm animals, a vegetable garden, multiple walking trails, private cabins, and a main house. The property you see now is a collaboration of the owners design studio brought to life by a local community of craftsmen. All of the guest rooms’ brass light fixtures and beds were custom-made custom made.
The bar was crafted by a local woodworker and restoration carpenter. Hudson's open-plan lobby is a comfortable spot for working, lounging, eating or drinking. Two wood burning stoves flank the living room area. The communal kitchen is fully equipped with a Bertazzoni induction stovetop. Drip coffee is free for all guests to enjoy in the lobby every morning.
